Lowcell O is a supercritical non crosslinking extruded foamed high-density polyethylene sheet with independent bubble structure. The foaming ratio is 2 times, the density is 0.45-0.55g/cm3, and the thickness is 5mm/7mm/10mm/12mm. It is a polyolefin foaming material with nearly perfect performance. Compared with polypropylene sheet with the same foaming ratio, foamed high-density polyethylene has higher strength and hardness, which makes it have better rigidity and compression resistance. At the same time, compared with other traditional materials, it also has a certain degree of lightweight and buffer protection. The higher density makes it have better nail-holding ability, and it will be more durable if screw connection processing is required. At the same time, compared with polypropylene, polyethylene has superior weather resistance and low temperature resistance, which is suitable for more extensive outdoor or low-temperature applications.
